How to get M-Pesa Statement

To obtain an M-PESA statement, you can either dial *334# and follow the prompts to request a statement to be sent to your email, or you can download the MySafaricom App and access the statement from there. 

Here’s a more detailed breakdown:

*1. Using the USSD Menu (334#):

  • Dial *334#.
  • Select “My Account”.
  • Select “M-PESA Statement”.
  • Select “Request Statement”.
  • Choose the type of statement you want (e.g., full statement).
  • Select the period for the statement (e.g., 3 months).
  • Enter your email address (twice).
  • Enter your M-PESA PIN.
  • You’ll receive a notification SMS with a code to access the statement in your email. 

2. Using the MySafaricom App:

  • Download and install the MySafaricom App.
  • Go to the M-PESA view.
  • Select “M-PESA Statement”.
  • Enter your M-PESA PIN.
  • You can then access your recent transactions, money in, money out, and full statements. 

Important Notes:

  • You can also opt for automatic monthly statements via email. 
  • If you need a certified copy, you can visit a Safaricom Shop.
